La cercanía a la playa. La casa es grande y estaba limpia.
El aire acondicionado de la segunda planta no funcionaba y era un horno la planta entera ...hasta el día siguiente por la tarde no nos lo pudieron arreglar. En la descripción ponía que había microondas pero no había. La presión del agua era muy escasa de hecho en la planta de arriba casi no salía. La tele no tiene los canales habituales españoles ,la puedes conectar desde un dispositivo por bluetooth. El precio es elevado,no corresponde con la calidad del inmueble.
