We needed a one night stay on the way back to Bergen. I did not want to spend a fortune. This place is simple yet clean. The host was very nice and accommodating with great communication. The bedroom and bathroom were small but again, we were not there long and our needs were simple. Nice communal kitchen and common areas downstairs, also. No complaints.

The view was great. The room comfortable. The staff was friendly.
Our private bathroom was not attached to our room. We had to walk into a public space to get to and unlock it, which kind of defeated the purpose of a private bathroom. The traffic noise from the highway was surprisingly loud in our room. At first we thought the window was open, it was so loud.

Nice view from window to the lake.
Good location, next to the road.
The room and bathroom were small and cramped.
They have a kitchen, but they close it at 10 pm (they are worried about you eating at night😆).
The dishwasher doesn't work!
