This is absolutely great place in Paris. One may say it is a bit far from the heart of the city (8 metro stations), but on the other hand it is only 25 min to get there. In return you get a quiet place on the 4th floor of reasonably new building. 16th district is a safe area, beautiful Paris older apartment houses. Alone woman can walk safely in the night. Only 100 meters from metro station. Many small supermarkets and bakeries in the proximity of 500m. Apartment itself was well decorated in French style. You could even sit with 4 people on a balcony having breakfast. Some cabinets and wardrobes are not for use as the owners keep there their private belongings, but that was really not a problem for us. The rental of this private apartment is managed by the external agency, which is your point of contact. I highly recommend this place for families with kids and teenagers. An agent was waiting for us with keys, and said goodbye on keys return. If you are a fan of real Paris atmosphere, just take it and enjoy.
We noticed a company of small kitchen ants, visiting us in the morning, but they must be a part of the rental bundle :) . If you understand and accept the fact, that ants are longer on the the earth than humans, you will not care about their presence.

The property was located in a very beautiful, serene area of Paris; it is a beautiful home, well-kept and comfortable with all the amenities listed. I cant say enough good things about the host. She was kind and generous and made our stay truly remarkable. I recommend this property wholeheartedly
