Large room with table, well placed plugs, good bathroom and nice shower.
Not perfectly clean. The floor was a bit sticky and with some hair on the ground when we arrived.

a localização é muito boa
O prédio, no andar que fiquei, é muito mal mantido, pintura suja, paredes desgastadas. De igual modo, esse desgaste pode ser observado no interior do apartamento.
O horário do check out, duas horas menos que o horário regular de check out de um hotel.
Possibilidade de cobrança para o acesso à chave de ingresso no apartamento. Na portaria foi informado um preço pela chave, que, naquela ocasião seria dispensado, sendo realizado caso houvesse perda.
A sensação de limpeza mal feita. Inclusive, uma manta, para uso caso sentisse frio, era visivelmente usada.
