On arrival, I contacted the owner and was able to get the keys within five or so minutes. The location was excellent. The apartment let in a ton of light and had excellent views. There are quite a few restaurants and small eateries surrounding the property which made getting food a breeze. The apartment was very clean and there were quite a few extra towels avilable. My kids had room to play and the building must have soundproofing as we were not disturbed by any outside noise at all.
The washing machine really needs to be repaired or replaced. This wasn't such a big deal as there were multiple laundry facilities within walking distance of the apartment.

My kids are enjoying it.
A lifebuoy and changing area should be available next to the pool.
