I will add a more detailed comment, cause O was afraid to book here because the reviews. - The room was clean. - the location is the best of the whole village. - the check in process was clear. We got a paper where to write down what is broken or dirty, and at the end a person came and check everything, so we didn’t had to wonder if we will get back the deposit. - decent price for a quite big apartment

- A little cold, the system could not handle that space, so the temperature was around 20 degrees. - The place where we had to store our equipment was small for 4 persons and we couldn’t store our equipment there. Also it was cold, old and not ventilated.

Emplacement

- location is the best in les 2 alpes, right next to the main gondola Jandri - the view is amazing with windows on one side and balcony on the other

Rooms The sleeping arrangements are as follows: - one proper bedroom with a double bed, with a closing door and a window. - one "bedroom" with a double bed and a single bed bunked on top, no window, very small - a double sofa-bed in the open plan kitchen/living, with a closing door and a balcony All accessible from a hallway There would be no way to have 3 people sleep in the small "bedroom" as there is not at all enough space. We were 4 and found it a bit tight, I could see 6 people sharing, but 7 is definitely impossible. Cleaning - they expect guests to clean the flat at checkout AND DON'T HAVE ANY PROFESSIONAL CLEANING - the expect the guests to vaccuum and mop the floors, otherwise they apply a €90 charge - the flat was dirty, with dust everywhere, hairs in the bathroom and on the beds - bath and toilet was not cleaned or disinfected before Bathroom - the WC is in a separate room vs the bath and wash basin. If you go to the toilet, you have to touch two doors before you are able to wash your hands - filthy - there is no working venitlation in the WC - no window and a broken fan - you can hear everything that's happening in the WC from the kitchen, due to the walls being so thin - gross. Kitchen/Living - dirty surfaces, floors - filyhy dishwasher, clearly not maintained properly Heating - There is one radiator in living room, one in the proper bedroom and a tiny one in the bathroom. They are all from building central heating. They are not enough to properly heat the flat in winter even when they are all working. However in the first night, two of them were broken. The company took about 2 hours to send someone who tried to bleed them - and caused one of them to leak. They said something is wrong with building boiler and provided two electric heaters. With one working radiator and 2 electric heaters it was very cold in the first night and we had to sleep dressed in the ski thermal liners.
