Vollausstattung mit Klimaanlage. Sehr sauber. Für mich unkomplizierter Erst-Zugang zur FeWo. (Auch wenn vorab zum erstmaligen Öffnen der Wohnungstür die App AirKey heruntergeladen werden muss. Und bei der ersten Ankunft der Vermietern anzurufen ist, damit er aus der Ferne die Haustür öffnet.) An öffentlichen Nahverkehr gute Anbindung, auch wenn’s bis zum Hbf 35-45 Minuten braucht. Open Air Park ist fußläufig in 30 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ab 6 Uhr morgens Flugzeuge, die im 2-Minutentakt über die FeWo fliegen. Irgendwann wird es weniger. Und ab 17/18 Uhr bis 23 Uhr auch an- und abfliegende Flugzeuge. Wie es tagsüber ist, kann ich nicht sagen. Da mir die fußläufige Erreichbarkeit des Open Air Parks wichtiger als die Stadtnähe war, war die Lage absolut ok. In die Stadt ist es halt etwas aufwendiger aber absolut im Rahmen.

Sie liegt großartig um ein Wochenende in Düsseldorf zu verbringen! Wir waren am Abend in der Merkur Arena und konnten diese Fussläufig schnell erreichen! Die Unterkunft ist super sauber und hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt!

Nachts ist es wunderbar ruhig und die Lage zur Rückseite mit Blick ins Grüne ist gewaltig.
Tagsüber ist zeitweise der Flugverkehr etwas laut.
