Secluded and quiet. Nice homey touches everywhere. The owner was very pleasant. Our son loved having the whole upstairs to himself and the video games. It's a little off the beaten path so to speak, but that's exactly what we wanted. We will definitely stay here again.

The view was beautiful. The cabin was perfect. It was cozy and all the little extras made it very inviting. We spent alot of time on the porch swing, evening time by the fire pit and night's by the fireplace.
We even stood for long periods watching the chipmunks play in the leaves.
The walking trail wasn't finished so our walk was short.

The location was excellent. The cabin was stocked above and beyond any other cabin I have stayed in, Host was great.
The bed was soft. Not good for a bad back. A little trouble getting in the cabin. Mostly my fault because I was looking at the plastic dial instead of the digital dial above the doorknob.

The location was a difficult drive up the mountain, but beautiful views from the mountain top. The cabin was perfect!! It was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. We are used to not enough coffee or dish soap, etc, but this was provided and perfect!!!! Every appliance we needed was there. Plenty of lovely dishes, great set of pans for any cooking we did.
Lighting made the rooms dark. It was nice to be able to dim or brighten the ceiling lights, but a table lamp for more intimate lighting would have been great!
The main floor bathroom fan did not circulate air.
It would have been great to open a window for some night air.
