O apartamento é razoavelmente grande, possui um bom banheiro, e a infraestrutura necesaria para cozinhar. Sua localização é boa, embora não totalmente céntrica. A equipe locatária foi muito prestativa nos momentos necessários, e se dispôs a resolver todas as questões.
O apartamento possuía uma teia de aranha na porta do quarto e outra perto do micro-ondas. Além disso, a geladeira está em um degrau, o que faz com que possa cair quando o usuário abre a sua porta sem segurá-la em outro lugar. Ao mesmo tempo, o micro-ondas está muito alto para o uso de pessoas de altura mediana, sendo perigoso manusear coisas quentes.
