Cozy House in the heart of the city

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Was great that there were many amenities provided like shower gel and shampoos, toilet paper and tissues, coffee, tea and sugar and plenty of fresh bottled water - a nice touch that many Cairo apartment's don't provide. The living areas were very spacious and there was a balcony as well. Both bedrooms were well equipped and the beds comfortable. A washing machine and drying rack were provided which was great - and again, not all Cairo apartments provide these! A property well worth considering if you need accommodation slightly outside Downtown with access to the airport.

Was a fraction annoying that bath towels were not supplied and took until second day to be provided. Fur future guests - also note the apartment is on the first floor but with no lift access.

I stayed at this apartment for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. Mr. Mostafa, the host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Despite our arrival at around 3 AM, he greeted us with no hesitation and made sure everything was ready for us. He regularly checked in to see if we needed anything, and any requests we had were taken care of immediately. The apartment is centrally located, which made it easy to get around, and all the amenities listed in the description were fully available and in great condition. I was initially concerned about potential noise since the apartment is on the first floor and near a main road, but the noise level was surprisingly low – certainly present at times, but minimal and not disturbing at all. All in all, the price-performance ratio is fair, and the overall experience was excellent. Mr. Mostafa is a great host, and I would definitely stay here again!

الاستاذ محمد محترم جدا في التعامل ..الشقه تقع في الدور الاول بين شارع مكرم عبيد وشارع عباس العقاد .. الموقع ممتاز جدا قريب من كل شي البنوك والمولات والمحلات التجاريه والمطاعم لاتحتاج سياره. أثاث الشقه مجدد ..والتلفزيون كبيره وذكي .. شكرا على صحن البسبوسه.. سوف اعيد حجزي للشقه مره اخرى..

الحمامات والمكيفات تحتاج لصيانه .. والاهتمام بنظافه المكان قبل تسليم الضيف للشقه ،، لان ذلك غير جيد حصوله بوجود الضيوف بالمسكن.. الشقه تحت التجديد ولم يتم الانتهاء منها..
