Vista, Limpeza, organização,localização.
Senti falta de uma chaleira elétrica, pois uso no meu dia a dia, para cozinhar e lavar louça, já que no mesmo não tinha água quente nas torneiras. O microondas não funcionou. E por ser um andar baixo (4 andar ) não conseguíamos dormir até que acabasse os shows nos barzinhos embaixo. Então com bebê não é legal. E as 6h34 da manhã tinham pessoas escutando música com caixinha de som na praia e fazendo bagunça. E o prédio não tem garagem. O que com , bebê ,compras, malas e chuva não é bacana.
