Self check in was easy. There are keys that could be taken from the appartment after check in and I recommend taking them, because the second night we could not open the building door with the code through the self check-in. The appartement was close to the metro station, buses and also the Vatican City ( 10-15 min walking) . There was AC in every room. Bed sheets weee clean. There is elevator. The rooms and the bathroom look exactly as on the photos.
One of the bath towels was with some black stains on it - I guess not cleaned from the laundry, but the cleaning company didn’t pay attention to it and left it. The cleaning company forgot to leave soap so we had to wait to be delivered on the next day by lunch time. We used the little cleaning foam from the kitchen. Shower was def not cleaned as there was hair on the walls. Overall was ok, but I am paying attention to these details and for me cleaning needs improvement.

Great localization — the apartment is perfectly situated between two metro stations, Lepanto and Ottaviano (slightly closer), and right next to bus stops. The neighborhood is lovely and safe, with the Vatican just a short walk away. The host was available and helpful even during the holiday period (we stayed over Easter), which we really appreciated. Highly recommend.
