The apartment has everything we need for stay. Bed is comfortable but you do have to climb upstairs to an attic area for the bed. Parking is tight but you should be able to find a free spot in surrounding streets. Host is very warm, caring and explains everything in details. Can take bus transport to city fine except the Catania bus system runs on rubber time. A few local shops nearby that sells all you need, but they close early in night.
You need to climb a steep stairs to get to bed, and the toilet is downstairs, so for each toilet trip from/to bed, it can be a hassle. Hot water tank capacity is a little small, so each person has to wait to take turn to shower.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso. L’appartamento è molto bello, accogliente, caldo e perfettamente pulito, situato in una zona tranquilla. I proprietari sono estremamente gentili, disponibili e ci hanno accolto con grande cordialità. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e persino più di quanto ci aspettassimo: caffè delizioso, tè, succhi, snack… davvero un tocco di lusso. Per noi merita senza dubbio 6 stelle. Consigliatissimo!
