Localização excelente, bem próximo à beira mar. Apartamento com 2 suites. Sacada ampla. Ventilado.

Ausblick, grosszügige terrasse mit Hängematte und cooler pool mit viel sitzmöglichkeiten und Restaurant. Gutes wlan und freundliche nachbarn. Einfacher und unkomplizierter check-in wie check-out. Praktische tiefgarage und digitales, einlass und auslass system mit face und Autonummer scannen. Der strand ist zu fuss erreichbar und mittlerweile sehr sicher.
Leider stimmte was mit dem strom nicht. Die warm dusch brausen gingen nicht. Auch tv und diverse stromdosen gingen nicht. Hat uns aber nicht gross gestört,

Faltou cuidados basicos de Manutenção.
Mau cheiro de esgoto nos Banheiros, ar condicionado velho e Sujo. Não conseguimos dormir com ele ligado.
Chuveiros dos banheiros com problemas de temperatura.
