L'emplacement est très bon, à quelques pas de l'Opéra et du centre. L'appartement est spacieux et agréable. La literie est très confortable.
Le contact avec la conciergerie n'a pas été des plus fluides : je les ai contacté via Booking, par une autre plateforme sur laquelle ils demandent de rentrer des informations, par téléphone, et pourtant je n'avais pas de réponse... J'ai dû insister longtemps pour avoir ENFIN une réponse. Voyageant avec un bébé, nous avons été très surpris que le lit parapluie soit une option payante...10€ par enfant et par nuit, c'est quand même assez choquant. La propreté du logement n'était pas parfaite.
