Appartamento grazioso,comodo,confortevole,con giardino privato e posto auto assegnato, con cancello automatico.In zona residenziale silenziosa e tranquilla ma vicino a tutto, a due passi dalla spiaggia,sia libera che non, e dalla passeggiata.Nelle vicinanze locali carini dove prendere un gelato o pranzare e cenare.A poca distanza anche un piccolo centro commerciale dove trovare tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogmo.Pescara è a soli 15 minuti di auto
Consiglierei qualche accortezza in più per dare la possibilità all'ospite di fruire al meglio del bel giardinetto antistante l'appartamento
