Basic

It offers the most important: a comfortable, clean place to sleep, a parking place, and it is close to the train station. For the rest it is quite basic.

Communication could be improved. The owners must have had bad experiences in the past. No need to send messages that the form has to be filled in NOW (30 seconds), that garbage needs to be separated while no separate bins are provided or else a 10 euro fine pp, that no prostitution is allowed. In the end it all worked out fine but the tone could be improved.

Excellent séjour

Emplacement idéal pour tous mes déplacements prévus dans ce secteur. Excellent accueil. J'ai beaucoup apprécié. Le parking était bienvenu.

Super

L'appartement est très lumineux et calme, malgré la proximité de la gare. Les fenêtres à double vitrage garantissent un silence absolu. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier très calme, à 20 minutes à pied de la gare. La communication avec l'hôte a été excellente. Je recommande cet appartement à tous.

Bardzo fajne miejsce

Dobra komunikacja z centrum Paryża, 5 min do RER E. Bezpieczne osiedle i podziemny parking.

Tory RER bardzo blisko, trzeba zamykać okna ze wzgledu na hałas. Jednak dla mnie to nie problem 🙂

Nessuno, forse l’unica cosa è che la struttura non era tanto distante dalla fermata del treno quindi era facilmente collegata ai trasporti pubblici.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza con scarafaggi e macchie sui divani letto e sul materasso del letto. Ma la cosa più terribile sono stati gli scarafaggi e lo staff diceva che lo sapeva già perché venivano dal condominio ma non siamo stati avvertiti di niente. Inoltre abbiamo avuto questa divergenza prima di entrare in struttura. Dovevamo lasciare una caparra tramite un link 3/2 gg prima quando loro avevano segnato che bisogna lasciare la caparra il giorno del check-in. Booking ci ha dato ragione e ci ha detto che eravamo liberi di non farlo ma essendo tre ragazze in una città sconosciuta con tutto organizzato avevano paura di non poter alloggiare in struttura se solo non accettavamo di pagare prima tramite link quindi siamo stati forzati a farlo senza avere nessuna scelta.

Die Lage war super. Zur Metro waren es nur ein paar Minuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und gut ausgestattet.

Pour moi tres bien

Maison propre et aussi tout ce que je voulais je l'ai trouvé et en plus des voisins calmes pas de bruit dans la maison c'est super et tout est à proximité pharmacie boulangerie Supermarché même j'ai laissé ma voiture en bas c'était en sécurité

Für einen kurztrip super

Der Vorteil an dem Apartment ist das es sehr zentral an der Metro ist, man muss echt nicht lange laufen. Und ein paar Meter von der Unterkunft, ist ein wundervoller süßer Bäcker!

Wir hatten keine Seife zum Hände waschen und 1 1/2 Klopapierrollen.
