Excelente custo benefício, boa localização, casa boa, ar condicionado nos quartos, bem equipada, limpa, anfitrião muito atencioso.
Entrada compartilhada com lanchonete, não gostei, precisa tornar independente. Acesso com escada, se torna problema para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
