Nice helpful host and staff. Room was clean an neatly arranged. Amazing view. Very convenient location, we've seen significant atractions in Manila on foot within one afternoon and one morning we've stated there.
Technically we've rented 50m apartament, but the one we got was definitely a bit smaller. Still the view was worth it.

The host was super friendly and replied in a timely manner. staff was extremely helpful
Elevators were so hot inside. However this had nothing to do with the room.

Location was great, close to everything.
The fridge was not clean when we arrived and had some mold. The shower water heater stopped working during our stay.
