The apartment is spacious, heating and AC are good, close to the beach. Has a barbecue. The nearest grocery store isn't the cheapest, but it is fairly close with a 10 minute walk up and over the bridge. There is a bus stop nearby that comes fairly frequently. The secondary train station is about a 15 minute walk otherwise you'll want a bus to go into the town for the center.

Hosts weren't responsive over the weekend. Even after notifying the QR code for the house manual wasn't working and asking if they had a pdf or something. The lock was also broke so they only way to get out of the house once you were inside was to use a url link. They did have someone fix it though only after the day before we left after 2 weeks. One room has a lot of water damage in the ceiling including some pitch black marks in the corner near the AC unit that look like mold, but I didn't investigate.

The apartment was located next to the beach, which made visiting the beach very easy. Restaurants were walking distance from the apartment. Plus there were a supermarket (Sorli) about 9 mins walk from the apartment as well.

The power in the apartment would go off sometimes (which the host did warn us about, and how to address this). There were no extra blankets in the apartment which could have helped during the cold nights.
