La casa è molto grande ed è posizionata in modo strategico tra il centro storico e il centro nuovo di Grottaglie.
Sinceramente la pulizia non era al top delle aspettative e abbiamo riscontrato un problema a causa di piccole formiche in giro per tutto il salotto provenienti dalla fessura della porta del bagno.

Unico neo la mancanza di una TV.
