La facilité d’entrée dans les lieux et communication avec le propriétaire. Les équipements dont la climatisation très appréciable.
Juste à revoir le parasol qui semble fatigué.

Communication avec l'hôte aisée Décoration appartement très agréable et soignée Beaux volumes
Le quartier n'est pas le plus agréable de Limoges Éloigné du centre et stationnement compliqué,la place devant le parking étant occupé par les voisins Baie vitrée pour accéder a la terrasse difficilement manipulable Climatisation certes mais dans la pièce principale seulement: il faisait chaud dans les chambres (certes période de canicule) Dommage fourniture de café et des produits douches très très chiche pour le tarif Enfin propreté douteuse dans salle de bains et douche eut égard au frais de nettoyage Table extérieure abîmée dommage
