Quite happy with this accommodation.

I haven't seen evidence of the ghastly things people have written about this place. Admittedly, I'm on the first floor, and right alongside Reception, so maybe the awful things are upstairs. I won't go and investigate. The point is, I'm thoroughly satisfied with this accommodation. Firstly, it has 24-hour Reception. So if you don't manage to book it online, you could just turn up and it will be staffed. And my mention that the Female 8-Share is right alongside reception makes me feel safe. Feels like there's a guard at the door. As it was, after making the reservation, the management sends a message through Booking stating 'Absolutely no males allowed in the Female dorm, for any reason whatsoever'. Good, I'm glad about that. Some Parisians setting boundaries, good to see. Secondly, this dorm has an ensuite. The shower is blissful. The water is outrageously hot, bordering on scalding; just turn the one (blended!) tap to adjust it. No, there's no soap, or even a bin liner, but so what? Who wants a cold shower? The place I was at the night before was pretty good, but it was double the price and the water was barely warm! Secondly, I'm glad there's no central heating at this hostel. The hostels I've been at lately have central heating, and you poach in your own sweat. In Zürich an Australian male and myself in a Mixed (the only "cheap" option in the whole city) dorm found the buildings' heating far too warm. We opened the window, to let heat escape! Here at this hostel I just asked for an extra blanket. The bed is outrageously comfortable. The mattress feels great. The linen is as fresh as a daisy. Yes, the bunk set-up is one of those cheap aluminium frames, that sway with the slightest movement, but another consolation is that it's not three bunks high, like you often find in England, for example.

Not much to not like. Nothing of any real significance. The toilet cistern has a constant trickle, but we can close the bathroom door to drown out the annoying sound. Who cares about decor when the price is so affordable? If you want pretty decor stay somewhere else. The building looks like it is getting a small renovation. I can't think of any other bad things to note. And I ran out of space to list the good things.

it’s okay if you’re looking for a place to spend a night

in the center basically, microwave and watet heater in rooms, curtains around the beds

it was really dirty, but it is survivable, however wouldn’t recommend showering in there barefoot, for one night it was okay

Awkward and unclean.

I paid an extra 10 euro because one of the staff asked for it for my stay then never got my change back or was told why. I was also walked in on while I was changing by a man who just started cleaning. For an all women’s hostel, I don’t think it’s appropriate for a man to just come into the room whether he’s on a cleaning schedule or not. The location is okay but since it’s next to a club, it’s hard to get good sleep.

Wirklich ranziges Loch das nicht zu empfehlen ist. Lage war aber gut.

Die Lage ist gut Metro ist nah dran.

EKELHAFT! Ich war schön öfter in Hostels und hatte keine hohen Ansprüche wurde aber trotzdem enttäuscht. Das Badezimmer war ein absolutes Ranzloch in dem man sich lieber nicht aufgehalten hat. Betten waren laut, durchgelegen und nur mit Wolldecken bestückt. Nehmt etwas mehr Geld in die Hand diese Unterkunft ist nichtmal 25€/Nacht wert!

Personnel agréable mais je ne séjournerai plus ici

Le personnel très à l’écoute souriant et serviable, eux méritent un 10/10

Malgré le chauffage rallumé à mon arrivée par l accueil car 16°c, la chambre est restée froide, le lit contre le mur en pierre apporte également beaucoup de froid, côté literie... pour 1 nuit on va dire je me suis adaptée, la salle d’eau au dessus par un escalier très très raide n’est pas accessible à tous selon notre santé, l’eau de la douche sans pression (pour les cheveux) alternait seule les températures... A comparaison au meme tarif de mes amies placées dans des hôtels à proximité, le rdv qualité/prix n y était pas mais le personnel jour nuit femme de ménage sont des perles malheureusement ca ne suffit pas....

Tiene una estación del metro super cerca y te conecta bien con la ciudad!! Y el personal es muy amable! Esperaba algo peor por los comentarios, pero no estuvo tan mal! La zona tiene mucha vida el fin de semana pero tal vez entre semana no es tan seguro (no me paso nada, pero solo hay que ser precavido)

El baño no estaba sucio, pero no parecía muy arreglado, además había una mujer un poco problemática en mi habitación.

El inodoro estaba roto y sucio; y había residuos abajo de las camas. Fue muy difícil conciliar el sueño porque durante toda la noche se sintió la música de una discoteca o fiesta. Los lockers estaban todos rotos.

Las camas se oían un montón, los baños olían y no estaban limpios. Daba asco el cepillarte los dientes. El mal olor del baño llegaba hasta las camas. El ruido de las literas despertaba a todo el mundo. No había buen control de camas

Das Personal war extrem höflich. Die Lage war für mich sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar (aber in Paris ist das auch nicht ungewöhnlich).

Der Zustand der Räumlichkeiten war nicht eitgemäß, vor allem konnte man im Bad nirgendwo etwas aufhängen und in der einen der zwei Toiletten war kein Toilettenpapier. Der Tür zur Toilette hatte der Griff gefehlt. Stattdessen war nur ein Loch da zum Zuziehen. Die Betten könnten komfortabler sein.

Era muito sujo. Quando cheguei me deram uma cama que tava suja e cheia de cabelo. Pedi pra trocar e trocaram. Mas percebi que não era um lugar limpo. Na segunda noite não consegui dormir, tava me coçando e liguei a lanterna do celular pra ver o que era. Era um bicho de cama, matei logo. To toda inchada pois sou alérgica a picadas. Falei com a acomodação e eles nem me responderam

L'emplacement est vraiment très bon pour ceux qui font du tourisme à Paris. L'auberge est très proche de plusieurs attractions culturelles et de lieux où passer du temps.

Comme tout a un prix, la proximité de la vie nocturne et du bruit de la rue est gênante pour une bonne nuit de sommeil. Mais en prenant les mesures nécessaires, vous pouvez passer une nuit plus paisible..

La ubicación es excelente, una estación del metro queda muy cerca, al rededor hay muchos sitios para comer, incluido un Mc donlads y el comercio e smuy lindo y economico. The location is excellent, a metro station that has a lot to offer, and there are many places to come, including a McDonald's and the business is easy and economical.

La persona de recpeción que estaba el día 24 de julio, fue absolutamente grosero conmigo, no me dejaba entrar las maletas a la habitación porque pensaba que yo debia hacer check out ese dia, pero me grito horrible y no me dejaba explicarle, antes de confirmar mi fecha de check out. Me hizo sentir demasiado incomoda y vulnerable. The receptionist who was attending for the 24th of July, had absolutely bad with me, he doesnt let me get in the baggages at the room because he thought that I will have to check out that day, but I try to explain that I paid until 26 th of july, but he doent let me talk. He scream to me before confirm my check out day. I feel very uncomfortable and vulnerable.
