Maestro III Apartment

Good sized apartment for a family. Good location, midway between Finikoudes & Mackenzy beaches. Walkable distance to both beaches & also to a small supermarket & several excellent restaurants. Parking space for our hire car. Good value for money. Bottle of wine in apartment on arrival.

Apartment could do with a set of bowls suitable for breakfast cereal. Pool is quite small, but this didn't bother us too much as we walked to the beach. Host didn't send us the key instructions before our arrival, then had phone on silent when we tried to call multiple times - we were starting to stress out, but host did eventually message with key pick-up details, & was very apologetic.

The flat was exactly as the photos: modern, clean and well appointed. We were genuinely impressed by how clean the apartment was upon arriving. The AC worked well and was very much needed. We did not hear any of the dripping previous reviews mentioned, so I suspect that this was fixed by the time we got there. Our teens were also very happy with the quality of Wifi within the apartment. It was fast and reached all the way to the bedrooms. The location of the flat was OK. It was a good 10-15 min walk from the beach and centre of Larnaca, which is fine in normal weather, but when it is high 30's, it was a very hot walk! The host was responsive to any messages. Our flight was home was in the evening and we kindly got to stay a little longer, which was really helpful.

We were disappointed with the pool area. It looked shabby and not particularly clean. As a result we did not use it. We also would have loved a few more household cleaning items in the kitchen: a dish cloth and tea towel as well as the sponge would have been useful. And a dustpan and brush. After a day at the beach we did bring back sand and there wasn't really anything to sweep it up with The other disappointment was the balcony. It was missing canopies so we didn't get full shade in the afternoon and the view was of boat yard/junk yard. Not the most relaxing of views. The mattress of the double bed was quite hard. So not the most comfortable.

Ruim, licht modern appartement. Ligging aan de grote baan ( luidruchtig), maar gemakkelijk te bereiken. Proper en goede bedden.

Geen koffie zet of andere methode om koffie te bereiden. Het appartement is commercieel uitgebaat en dat voel je aan talrijke kleine tekortkomingen: droogrek kapot, gordijnen los van de roede, stoelen instabiel door losse poten ......
