Esta muy bien equipado,baño ,cocina etc

La puerta del baño es de cristal,pero ya se lo comenté a la chica de servicio y me dijeron que lo van a cambiar

Le bruit de ventilation permanent a gâché un peu mon séjour.

Emplacement très bien, au RDC. Très bon lit. Fonctionnel (sauf les chaises : beaucoup trop hautes par rapport à la table!).

Le bruit élevé de ventilation constant, nuit et jour. (Dommage car on n'est pas gêné par le bruit de la rue ni des voisins). Mettre à jour les infos d'accès : remplacer la photo de la nouvelle porte qui n'a d'ailleurs pas de numéro, ref box introuvable donc pas de wifi. Tapis pas très propre (mais reste de l'appart OK).

Magnificient ?? Rather deficient

L'emplacement et les informations claires pour rejoindre le logement

Le logement est en rez-de chaussée et l'aération de la VMC ne fonctionne pas alors même qu'elle est très bruyante. Le mitigeur de la douche ne fonctionne pas bien, grande difficulté pour avoir de l'eau non brulante. Le balon d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain coule sans arrêt et fait du bruit. Le wifi proposé dans le livret de l'appartement n'était pas le bon. Le papier peint se décolle, pas de lampe de chevets. Intervention à 23h45 d'un agent pour réparer la boite à clés vétuste, j'essaie de dormir. Bref, un décalage important entre le niveau de confort proposé et la réalité. Ce logement nécessite des travaux de rénovation. Il est dans un immeuble ancien très vétuste.

Apartamento muy cuco en un barrio tranquilo y seguro

Lo mejor sin duda lo limpio y ordenado que estaba todo. La cama era cómoda y había una estación de tranvía muy cercana al apartamento. Se sitúa en un barrio muy tranquilo, familiar y seguro de París. La cama era muy cómoda y la cocina estaba muy bien equipada.

Fue un poco difícil comunicarnos vía mensajes con el hotel para consultar unas dudas. Aunque el apartamento está en muy buena zona, está alejado del centro de París y siempre nos llevaba al menos 30 minutos llegar a cualquier parte. Una de las noches hizo frío y no vimos la forma de activar la calefacción.

La localisation était bien. L’appartement est globalement mignon malgré les désagréments et l’hôte est réactif

La localisation est très bien, les instructions et l’accessibilité étaient très faciles.

La chaudière coule en continu et fait un bruit permanent qui empêche de dormir. La salle de bain présente une porte vitrée donnant accès sur les toilettes c’est très étrange. L’entrée de l’immeuble menace de s’effondrer et est soutenue par des étais de chantier.

Accès aux clefs et au logement facile et bien détaillé (avec photos).

La tapisserie se décolle par endroits, quelques cloques de peinture.
