One of the four beautiful cabins in the holiday village built in 2024, on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, near the ski slopes. Walking distance to Ukkohalla services. The lake, northern lights and slopes open directly from the large windows. View apartment (detached house) on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, build in 2024. The four cabins have their own shared sandy beach with pier, 3 SUP boards and a rowing boat, 2 open kayaks, 3 water running belts and different sizes of buoyancy aids. The accommodation price includes bed linen for 2 (sheets and towels). Extra bed linen can be ordered separately for an additional fee. Amenities include e.g. Wc, shower, air-source heat pump, apartment-specific sauna (a and c house), induction stove, microwave oven with grill, refrigerator with freezer box, stick blender/beater, AirFryer, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, kitchen hood, dishes for four, 400 M Wi-fi Mesh, 4K smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, JBL Horizon2 Bluetooth -clock radio and hair dryer. Two separate beds made into a double bed, sofa bed , large windows overlooking the lake and the Ukkohalla ski center, outdoor terrace with a glass railing and terrace heater. The four cabins also share a beach sauna (wooden sauna) with view windows. The lakeside sauna has a summer water supply, in other times water must be carried from the main cottage. There is also an outdoor shower on the terrace of the lakeside sauna in summer. There is a separate reservation book for the sauna and the sauna room on the wall. Possibility of open swimming (cold swimming in winter). In winter, water for the beach sauna is brought from the cabin or the lake (from the hole in the ice). A sauna/fireplace room with view windows and a 4K smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. In addition, e.g. air-source heat pump, drinks fridge and XBox game console. There is a shared Weber gas grill in the sauna building and a kitchenette behind the building. In the summer, there are chairs and benches for shared use in the shore. The cottage village has its own spacious and lighted parking area and service building, with electric/hybrid car charging points 2x type2 11kW and 2 pcs 16A (continuous current) super-suko boxes, which are included in the rental price. In the maintenance building there are also exercise equipment (exercise bike, crosstrainer, wakeboard, table tennis, 3 water running belt, 4 life jackets), a dart board, two washing towers with dryers and a drying cabinet, a separate toilet and a small kitchen with coffee making facilities and microwave oven with grill and air-source heat pump. The cottage is located on a slope plot, the access from the parking lot to the cottage is along a steep "serpentine" path. Plenty of places to visit nearby. Among other things, the Komulanköngäs waterfall only 3 km away. Nearest airport Kajaani 86 km, Oulu 170 km, bus stop Hyrynsalmi 18 km, railway station Kontiomäki 66 km. No pets allowed. Various wellness services can be ordered in connection with the accommodation (in the cottage or in the sauna cabin), such as massage, natural product treatments, sound bowl treatments using natural cosmetics from Kainu. Treatments available for 1-5 people, prices according to agreement. Inquiries from the owner in advance.
