De locatie was erg geschikt
De bovenbuurvrouw was s’ nachts erg actief en lawaaierig aan het schuiven met meubels en met deuren aan het slaan en hardop aan het bellen. Verder was de douche koud en en duurde het enorm lang voordat het warm werd wat ontzettend veel water kost en waren de sloten van alle deuren met sleutels moeilijk te openen. Het terrasje was vies en kon enkel gebruikt worden voor het drogen van de was maar niet om te zitten.
