Excelente apartamento totalmente reformada y con todo lo necesario (menaje cocina, sábanas, toallas, incluso de piscina, , aire acondicionado) y el edificio muy accesible (llevamos silla de ruedas).

Flawless, excellent location right between the beach on one side and supermarket on the other side. Not too high up on the fourth floor. Great communication from owner.
You can hear pipework and water running when someone uses water in apartments. Something you get used too and no fault of the hosts.

Muy bien ubicado apartamento nuevo ,buenas instalaciones , estaba totalmente reformado,muy cerca de la playa, teníamos toallas también para la piscina, aire acondicionado y ventiladores

Nos alojamos 10 días y el apartamento es fantástico, las fotos no están actualizadas y para nuestra sorpresa está totalmente reformado, todo nuevo y muy limpio. El edificio también están reformadas las zonas comunes y la piscina es genial, con mucha zona verde. La ubicación es perfecta, la playa está a 1m y el centro a 5m. Si volvemos a Calpe sin duda repetiremos en este alojamiento.
Aunque no nos importó por todas las cosas buenas que tiene, se estropeó el lavavajillas el 2 día, se lo comentamos a la persona encargada de la gestión ya que la propietaria es de fuera de España y nadie vino a verlo ni repararlo.
