Please ask them to return my money for both rooms, because i didn’t even see the room and they dont have manners to talk

I didn’t even enter the room, i went there and called them like more than 15 times they didn’t respond and next day i send them msg and they replied that they didn’t receive any call.

I was not able to enter the room because no one was there and no one was responding i booked 2 rooms but i didn’t see even one room they just ate our money, they are like scammer, and it was supper inconvenience for us.

Should remove that hotel on site

This hotel should be removed from the site and there scamers , even location is there only when u reach after spending money for transportation even the phone no one pick it , they send u to another location scamers plz help other people

Didi not find the adress and did not stay.

I booked this place from Doha. Do not book this place because it does not exit in ground. Fake building, contact details in Pakistan and local number no answer. So far i lost my booking and my money using two time taxi to find a place that does not exist. Complained to Booking and still waiting for refund. I have to book other accommodation in Ajman so double cost. Over all bad experience and Booking need to double check Before recommending stay.

لايوجد حجز حقيقي ولا موقع حقيقي كان مجرد خداع وسرقة اموال

عندما وصلت إلى الموقع لم اجد المبنى Royal suite king Comfory، اتصلت على الرقم الموجود عدة مرات لكنه كان مغلقا، كذلك تواصلت معه عبر الايميل ولايوجد تجاوب، وعندما سألت اهل المنطقة قالوا لايوجد مكان بهذا الاسم انه مجرد نصب واحتيال، ارجو من المسؤولين في بوكينج ان يتحققون من هذا الشخص وان يعملوا على ارجاع اموالي منه بأسرع وقت ممكن.
