La localización es buena. Esta muy cerca del supermercado y a pocos minutos en coche de la playa. Además está muy bien que tenga aparcamiento dentro porque es difícil o casi imposible aparcar en las calles de alrededor. La comunicación fue muy buena
Al ser una casa de vacaciones, encontré que faltaba una lavadora para poder hacer largas estancias. Otra cosa que mejoraría o cambiaría, es el sofá del salón. No lo probé como cama pero es bastante incómodo como sofá

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación,la tranquilidad ,comunicación y la forma de la entrega de llaves y muy importante que tiene parking ,se ve que todo está nuevo a nuestro hijo le gustó mucho que tiene una pequeña portería para jugar a fútbol
La limpieza da mucho que desear de la casa entera pero sobre todo ducha y váter y falta una lavadora las escaleras peligrosas ,le falta una piscina .
