Beautiful and well equipped gite, but on street parking was not secure.

The gite was a newly remodeled space that was very well equipped and lovely.

Car parking was on the street out front, so not secure.

Mauvaise isolation d'un gite à l'autre Les client(e)s du gite au dessus ont déambulé jusqu'à 2h du matin, impossible de s'endormir Heureusement que ce n'était que la troisième nuit

Assez bien, mais le tarif nous faisait espérer mieux!

L'accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité. La vue dégagée depuis la terrasse du jacuzzi. La proximité du cœur de ville. La décoration. Le jacuzzi. Literie de qualité supérieure. Stationnement facile.

Un vrai souci d'insonorisation avec le gite de dessus (plancher bois), peut facilement rendre le séjour difficile. L'absence de rangement dans la chambre (une simple tringle à penderie et cintres) Rien pour poser la valise ou la vider. Pas de porte à la salle d'eau (donc uniquement pour 1 couple). Manque beaucoup de matériel dans la cuisine ou stricte minimum (assiettes, bols, couverts, chaises...). Absence du lave linge qui était prévu. Le sol de la terrasse du jacuzzi etait plein de feuilles et donc pas agréable en claquettes.

Komfortable und geschmackvolle Unterkunft zu einem guten Preis

Sehr schön modernisiert, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad, alles bestens, lediglich der Abstand in der Toilette zur Tür ist etwas knapp. Die Fahrräder konnten wir sicher in einer Garage unterstellen.

Das Apartment liegt an einer Straße, so dass man schlecht das Fenster nachts aufmachen kann. Man hört auch gut, wenn in der Wohnung darüber jemand läuft.

Joli Gîte rénové avec chambre confort

Très jolie terrasse. Rénové. Lit confortable. Grande douche. Idéalement situé, proche du centre ville et dans un quartier calme. Correspondants facilement joignable et Katy a anticipé notre venue avec un message d'explication pour notre arrivée.

Un drap n'était pas prévu pour la 3ème personne qui dormait sur le canapé lit, il y avait juste une alèse, ce n'est pas suffisant pour moi.

Des lauzes apaisantes pour un nid douillet.

Emplacement idéal à 5mn à pied du centre d'Espalion. Facilité de parking. La terrasse est agréable à vivre, et le jaccuzzi (partagé avec l'hôtel attenant pour le "Petite lauze") est bien agréable par temps de canicule. Le logement, neuf et fonctionnel possède tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Literie de très bonne facture. Je recommande fortement !

Magnifique appartement, restauré avec goût et très fonctionnel. Literie de qualité, et cour avec spa agréable, même si le temps ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter. Situé à 3 minutes à pied du centre ville, l'endroit est parfait !

Emplacement proche du centre ville et calme Maison ancienne très bien rénovée : belle déco, bien équipée. Top !

Le chauffage étant éteint à notre arrivée, il a fait un peu froid , le temps que le chauffage fasse son œuvre.
