Excellent
Convenient to the town centre and easy access. The property is a three bed house in a quiet cul de sac within 15 walk into the town. Easy check-in and check out. Great comms with the owner at all times. A very pleasant stat

Property in need of repair and cleaning
Good location to visit family. Quiet street with parking. Friendly host. Property was big enough for our family of 4 and had a decent garden.
Unfortunately the property is very tired and in need of some care and attention. Whilst clean on the surface many areas (particularly kitchen and bathrooms) were not at all clean. Bedding including pillows was old and beds not very comfortable. Host did check in on us and kindly bought round a lighter when we couldn't light the hob (one of many things not working). There was no washing up bowl or plug in the kitchen making it difficult to wash up, the cold tap on the bath did not work and one toilet was not attached to the floor. No lightshades in many rooms. An old fridge in the kitchen not plugged in and was very smelly as was the 'utility' cupboard off the lounge. Overall this was not good value for money and we would not return.
