One of the cleanest places i have ever stayed at love it. If cleanliness is up there for you this is it. & the aesthetics stunning
They took over 2 hours after check in time to get us a room in the meantime they didn’t even do anything to apologise or offer something as a good gesture. Maybe a free drink a meal on them or even a small treatment at the spa nothing. They just made us wait

The beach and pool were great, and the service was very good at times. However, there were also a few occasions when the staff forgot our orders, which was a little disappointing.
Our room did not receive enough natural light, and unfortunately, we were not able to change to a brighter room. Also, during the last few days of our stay, we needed to have breakfast at 7:30 a.m., which was the stated serving time. However, breakfast was not ready at that time, so unfortunately we were unable to have a proper breakfast before leaving.

The view and location.
The Wi-Fi was extremely poor and unreliable throughout my stay. The service was also horrendous, with staff being unhelpful and the overall level of service falling far below what I expected. This significantly affected my experience and made my stay very disappointing.
