Breakfast was generous and plenty of variety. The landscaping and greenery were attractive and the villas were designed to afford privacy and minimise noise. Really enjoyed the fitness classes with Ekin - a highlight of our stay.

Pool/beach/breakfast service could have been more efficient. We felt ignored quite a lot of the time, possibly because we weren't ordering expensive drinks! Cleanliness of the sun loungers was questionable.

I liked how clean it was and that you have to walk outside to get to the restaurant, reception and spa. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Especially the main lady in the spa, I would want her to service me in every spa I go to✨😂 The others in the spa are also very nice and the boy who is in charge of keeping it clean and tidy. The staff and the hospitality is the strongest suit in this hotel. Special thanks to the receptionists working the 3rd shift.

I didn’t like how the menu doesn’t have a lot of options. I had trouble with choosing what to eat and then just went to other places with better options. The coffee was absolutely not good, I ordered turkish coffee which I drink regularly in my home country and it was a miss. The espresso was also not good, we ordered single shot and got double. Iced latte also not good. Hopefully next year when we visit the restaurant will improve!

Property was clean and rooms kept clean as well.

Maybe due to the time of year but no real bar facilities after 8pm. So meant virtually everyone left the hotel and went out. Sometimes it would have been nice to sit and drink in bar area looking over the sea.
