Villa Gavines down

The location was excellent and easily the highlight of our stay. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet, which made for a relaxing atmosphere.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The villa was not as clean as expected. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell, there was mould, and we even found a cockroach. The villa was also missing basic essentials such as sugar, coffee, and salt, which would have made our stay more comfortable. There was no washing machine, which was inconvenient, especially for a longer stay. Overall, the property feels outdated and would benefit from renovation and better maintenance. The fridge contained only one bottle of water on arrival, which was not enough for the number of guests. Finally, the electrical sockets were concerning. When I plugged in my charger, one of the sockets made a strange noise, which felt like a potential safety hazard. With better maintenance, cleanliness, and a few basic amenities, this property could provide a much better experience.
