Wynajęty apartament był czysty i dobrze wysprzątany. Był też wystarczająco przestronny. Posiadał wyposażony aneks kuchenny z potrzebną zastawą. Dość dobrze jest zlokalizowany względem punktów gastronomicznych, placówek handlowych i plaży. Posiada zabezpieczone miejsca parkingowe, o co dość trudno w niektórych lokalizacjach.
Nie jest łatwe do poprawienia to, co niezbyt mi odpowiadało. Ponieważ apartament znajdował się na piętrze, prowadziły do niego schody. Były to dość strome schody zewnętrzne. Schody te prowadziły z "podwórza", które było jednocześnie "zapleczem" lokalu gastronomicznego, stąd stało tam wiele koszy na odpady. Jedno z okien apartamentu wychodziło na główną ulicę, co było dość uciążliwe, szczególnie nocą. Te niedogodności rekompensowała życzliwość i uprzejmość właścicieli.
