Помешкання знаходиться на 2 поверсі, є ліфт. Є багато техніки, аерогриль, тостер, кавоварка, чайник, мікрохвильова піч, праска. Кондиціонер працює добре. Чистий та великий басейн. Ключі нам привезли швидко, на прохання принесли додатковий набір. Wi-fi не було, але принесли наступного дня, працював чудово. На телевізорі є всі потрібні програми, але заходити потрібно в свій аккаунт.
немає пилососу та пральної машини. у ванній поганий злив, тому вода постійно стояла калюжею. Нам довелося попрацювати сантехніками і прочистити його. Швабра була зламана, тому воду прибирати тим, що від неї залишилось. Дуже мало гачків та місця для зберігання речей для 4х осіб. комфортно буде для 2х. Також дуже не вистачало черпака для супу, або будь якої великої ложки.
