Abitazione anni '80, comunque tenuta con cura, ammobiliata di recente e pulitissima. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, aria condizionata in soggiorno/pranzo; dotazione elettrodomestici ottima: comprendente anche lavatrice, ferro da stiro, phon, tostapane, macchina del caffè a cialde e forno a microonde oltre al piano cottura. Parcheggio privato in strada annesso alla struttura.
Purtroppo la mancanza di un piccolo spazio esterno per poter stendere i panni (balcone o ballatoio) e la doccia davvero piccola; per le dimensioni del locale bagno non si poteva ospitare una doccia di dimensioni maggiori.

La struttura era davvero completa di tutto, ho trovato carino aver trovato 2 bottiglie d acqua e tanti piccoli omaggini , nonché un ombrellone e 2 piccoli giochini da spiaggia x i bambini , anche se io non li ho utilizzati, ritengo che denotano attenzione anche a questi piccoli particolari , cosa che non è assolutamente scontata
