Disappointing

Location although we couldn’t drive close to the apartment in order to drop off our luggage. Otherwise public car park very close. Kitchen well fitted out. Hot water in shower instantly although ran out before his and hers showers. Great for very small people!

No hand basin in toilet, which is located on a different floor to both the lounge/kitchen and bedroom/bathroom. Bathroom very small. Staircases dangerous. Outside stairs leading to apartment have no banisters. TV in bedroom did not work. WiFi socket in bedroom broken. Over designed under practical. Head and back bumped on variety of things. Disabled people should be warned not to book this.

Very different overnight experience from the last time I stayed in Nevers in Aug 1978.

Great location in the middle of Nevers. Historic surroundings and close to shops and facilities.

Once you get used to the paddle steps they are fine

Un court séjour en centre ville dans un cadre atypique mais réussi et confortable

Bel aménagement, rapport qualité/prix excellent

L'éclairage de l'escalier d'accès à l'appartement est insuffisant. Le lit ne donne pas une grosse impression de solidité. Cela n'a pas posé de problème pour nous mais les escaliers intérieurs de l'appartement sont un peu sportifs. Il faudrait prévenir dans le descriptif, je pense.

Super Unterkunft - für Lust auf Ungewöhnliches :)

Die Unterkunft ist top, wirklich ungewöhnlich aber das ist mal was anderes. Alles war super sauber, ordentlich und modern und gut ausgestattet.. Schlüsselübergabe mit der Keybox hat auch bestens funktioniert. Die Matratze im Bett ist schön fest und nicht durchgelegen. Auch der Aufbau des Apartments über drei Stockwerke ist wirklich cool, man sollte allerdings kein Problem mit schmalen steilen Treppen haben. ;)

- Ein größerer Spiegel unten wäre angenehm. - Klopapierhalter fehlt. - Das Bad ist etwas klein, speziell das Waschbecken. - Dass vom Gast verlangt wird allen Müll rauszubringen, zu trennen und auch alles Geschirr abzuwaschen finde ich etwas unangebracht, so günstig ist die Unterkunft auch wieder nicht. ;)

Exista optiuni mai bune

E frumos amenajata locatia in interior, dar extrem de mica. Cladirea in sine nu e wow, zona e centrala, dar seara fara pic de lumina pe strada.

Nu mi a placut ca nu aveai pe cine sa contactezi seara, noi am ajuns tarziu si am avut probleme la check in. Nu mi a placut ca temperatura maxima setata pentru caldura era de 20 de grade. Extrem de frig, dat fiind ca noi ajungeam seara dupa o zi petrecuta afara in frig, si stateam aici, tot in frig. Desi am reusit sa contactez pe cineva mi au zis ca nu pot face nimic, ca asa este prestabilit sistemul de incalzire la maxim 20 de grade. Nu mi a mai placut ca in 4 zile nu a venit nimeni pentru curățenie sau macar pentru schimbat prosoapele. La cerere se putea face pentru o extra taxa. Destul de ciudat, cu aceeasi bani, poti inchiria un hotel cu serviciu de curatenie si prosoape schimbate.

Bon rapport qualité prix compte tenu de lampacement et de la déco thématique.

L’emplacement tout d’abord. L’originalité de la décoration et l’optimisation de l’espace.

Si l’espace est dans l’ensemble bien optimisé il est à déplorer : lavabo trop petit, bar trop haut par rapport aux mange-debouts, porte des Wc qui ne ferme pas.

L accès est compliqué en voiture c est même impossible rue piétonne en travaux L agencement de l appartement très inconfortable sur 3 niveaux Escalier hyper étroit compliqué de monter un bagage La literie moyenne Bref à déconseiller aux personnes de grande taille ou trop larges. Mes épaules ne passaient pas l accès à la chambre.

Logement atypique génial à conseiller !!

Les voisins sont charmants et serviables, la décoration est très sympa, l’organisation du logement est top, les escaliers sont originaux et pratiques, la salle de bain est super avec une douche très moderne ! La cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle

Points à améliorer : les serviettes de toilettes mériteraient un peu d’adoucissant au lavage pour l’odeur, c’eût été bien de savoir que la rue était en travaux …

Agréable et bien agencé.

L'emplacement en plein centre ville tout en étant calme.La décoration moderne et agréable.L'ensemble du matériel de cuisine.

Un premier escalier étroit et un peu pentu pour arriver sur un palier (avec WC) et un deuxième escalier étroit et plus court pour arriver dans le coin nuit et encore 2 marches pour la salle de bain minuscule (petite douche et lave mains). Ces petites difficultés très surmontables font le charme de ce logement
