Knot On Call - 625 Dellwood Ave

Beautiful, well appointed home close to Pier Village. Comfortable beds, excellent home layout with plenty of space, incredible screened porch and outdoor space that allowed our families to be part of the fun happening in both spaces rather than being forced to chose one. The home was- hands down- one of the cleanest rentals we have ever occupied and the check out list was incredibly reasonable as well.

Would prefer tv's in every bedroom, and for the hot tub and pool to be cleaned between tenants. (The group prior to ours left the hot tub filthy and while we did our best to get it clean enough to use, it wasn't professionally serviced until day 4 of our stay.)There aren't storage bowls with lids that are large enough to mix up salads, dips, etc for a large group- so those need to be replaced/added. The beds were comfortable but the offered bedding (heavy duvet style comforters) were entirely too hot for a location where daily temps were 100⁰+. We wound up using the 2 light weight blankets provided on the couches, and purchasing additional blankets in Brunswick. (NONE of these issues except the pool/hot tub were addressed during our stay because they weren't important enough to bother the property manager with. 😉)

Gorgeous property, super location (nice park is a 5 min walk away), the pool and backyard was very nice, property manager (Lighthouse) was very responsive when the AC went out and sent someone an hour later on a Saturday night to fix it!!! There is a hot tub but we did not try it out. Lots of privacy, a bicycle in the garage, and nice furnishings.

There are several steps in the house and a family member could not navigate those with a walker, so inform everyone that there are steps inside the house.
