Perfect communication with the owner. Superb location. Lovely facilities. Everything needed for a self catering stay and more. Nice and quiet. Roomy.

The only minor thing was there was no view just other apartment windows/balconies but very minor dislike. You can see the pool.

Fantastische locatie, net achter de boulevard vlak bij het oude centrum van Estepona. Licht, schoon, charmant en fris ingericht appartement. De slaapkamers en badkamers zijn ruim genoeg, en het was lekker om een balkon te hebben waar je af en toe in de zon kon zitten. De bedden hebben een prettig matras, de douches geven goed warm water en er is voldoende opbergruimte. De wifi werkt uitstekend. Wat verder prettig is, is dat het appartement aan de achterzijde van het complex zit (het balkon, twee van de slaapkamers en de woonkamer kijken uit op het binnenplaatsje waar een zwembad ligt), waardoor het rustig is en je geen last hebt van herrie buiten. Voor gasten die minder goed ter been zijn is het fijn dat alles gelijkvloers is en dat er een lift is die je kunt nemen zonder nog ergens een trap te hoeven lopen. Dat we de parkeerkaart voor garage Zapallito mochten gebruiken was een fijne bonus. De eigenaar is uitgesproken vriendelijk en behulpzaam en reageert steeds onmiddellijk.

Het bed in de master bedroom is niet heel breed. Het zwembad was in april helaas nog niet open (maar daarvoor was het ook nog te koud).

This is a comfortable flat for 4 people. The location is very good within a short walk of the old town and also the port area. The beds were really comfortable and the shower (we didn’t use the shower over the bath) really good too. There is a fully kitted out kitchen with cooking facilities (which we didn’t use), toaster, coffee maker etc. We really appreciated the quiet location and entire block, at night. There were air conditioning units in the bedrooms and sitting room and I think you would need them as I found it warm in March. There are shower gels and shampoos in the bathrooms. Good towels. There was washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The free car park is about 10 mins walk but there is a very convenient car parking La Vina, one street away that is cheap and easy to find.

The road isn’t the nicest but it is just behind the front. We really disliked the pillows. There is only one long one per bed. Not good if you like to turn it in the night. The front door key for the building is very awkward and we struggled at times.
