TSUBAME 202 staying private home

The check-in process was very easy and convenient and the owner always responded to messages very quickly. We really liked the quiet neighbourhood, aswell as the good access to public transport and convenience stores. The apartment was quite spacious and had all the necessary kitchen and bathroom equipment for two people. The wifi and AC worked really well. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

The main point that wasn't so nice was the cleanliness of the apartment. We encountered multiple cockroaches and other bugs. There was some hair in the bathroom and stains on the tiles and the toilet. Be aware that the walls are quite thin, so you might hear the neighbours watching TV or coughing. And the toilet room is very small, so people with long legs will have problems closing the door properly. If you don't have high standards, this accommodation is still a good option.

Nice location 10 minutes from Shimizu station. The place was clean and everything worked. They even had a toothbrush to use. The bed was confortable too.

I was woken up every night around 3am by the neighbours TV. There is no insulation so it is cold when you arrive and you can hear everything around you.
