The location is excellent. Direct access to the beach, which is barely a minute away from the apartment. The hosting service was responsive, friendly, and professional. I can give them a 10.

This apartment was rated as excellent, with a score above 9. The apartment is fine, but I a rating of above 9 is definitely not justified. It's a small apartment, with old appliances, utensils, beds, towels, sofa cover, you name it. It was not particularly clean either. The parking spot in the garage was too small for a medium-size car to fit, and this was not made clear in the listing — in fact, we ended up having to part outside, on the street. Overall, it was a clear disappointment. I would not return to this apartment. When I search Booking.com I look at the score carefully. The overall rating on this apartment was distorted and misleading. I am sure many guests would like the apartment as is, but it's definitely not a 9+. I do blame Booking.com more than the actual property. This experience makes me wonder if I can trust overall ratings on Booking.com.
