The room was spacious and nicely furnished with a big desk, wardrobe and bedside table. There is a common room downstairs with table and chairs and kettle and microwave if you want to relax, prepare food etc. Inside the rooms there is a kettle and tea and coffee and fridge. The bed was comfy and the air con worked well. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the shower worked well. My bathroom didn't have any toiletries but the housekeeper did bring some when I asked.
I had a difficulty checking in as there was nobody on reception when I arrived or the whole time I was there. I had to use WiFi from hostel next door to WhatsApp call and message but no response and it was only 7pm. Eventually another guest arrived and let me in the main door and my key was just on the reception desk but if he hadn't come along I would have been outside for a long time. A few hours later I heard back from the staff on WhatsApp. It's on quite a busy road so there is traffic noise at night but it's ok with ear plugs. The accommodation is quite a non descript building, looks more like an estate agent from outside so it is a little difficult to find if you arrive at night.
