De ligging t.o.v. Franeker, de rustige omgeving, mooi park, ruim huis, ruime tuin, genoeg parkeerplaatsen
De woning is wel wat gedateerd en een opknapbeurt zou goed zijn. Zijn wat kleinere dingen, zoals roestige radiator, versleten spatscherm, afgebroken toiletrolhouder.

Das freistehende Haus ist großzügig und geräumig geschnitten. Somit ist genug Platz für die Kinder zum spielen. Außerdem verfügt es über einen wundervollen Garten.Dieser ist mit zwei kleinen Toren zu verschließen und somit für Kinder ausgezeichnet geeignet.
