Lokacija je u redu i generalno čistoća
Parking jeste besplatan ali ukoliko na njemu ima mesta. S obzirom da na parkingu, koji pripada celoj zgradi ima mesta za 6-7 automobila.

Ljubazna domaćica.
Tuš kabina je jako mala, van standarda. Kuhinja je stara i treba sve zameniti da bi odgovaralo ceni najma apartmana. Jasruci u spavaćoj sobi su veliki i savet vlasnicima da obezbede i set manjih jastuka, da bi gosti imali izbor. Jako loše sam spavao…

Gute Lage, aber vorallem Nachts lärmig , da von Restaurants und Hauptstrasse Eingang Zentrum von Vrnjacka Banja. Highlight ist das Hotel Merkur sowie die Flaniermeile ,die für den Monat April / Mai schon sehr gut mit Touristen ausgelastet ist. Eine oder max. zwei Wochen genügen, und schon hat man alles gesehen . Die Gastfreundschaft liegt höher als in der CH. Sprachliche Serbischkenntnisse , vorteilhaft die meisten können und oder wollen kein Englisch sprechen.
Die Abfallbewirtschaftung ( triage ) ist vielerorts sehr schlecht , da vor allem pet Plastik achtlos weggeworfenen werden, sowie wilde Deponien!
