The "Heritage" Heart of Limoges Parking AC and Private Terrace

The location could not be better - easy walks in all directions to bars, supermarker, boulangerie, restaurants, sights etc. The apartment is excellent, well equipped and comfortable - worth noting that it is air conditioned, useful because it was 37-40 degrees celsius during our stay.

Very very minor '1st world' quibbles - simple stepwise instructions for the air con would have been helpful - we had to fathom those using YouTube, took a while. Why are there no normal knives that can e.g., spread butter!? Doing that with only pencil thin chopping knives is sub-optimal! Otherwise, really great apartment

Bel appartement et spacieux.

Pas de chauffage, il faisait froid (surtout la nuit). La télévision ne fonctionnait pas.

It was a beautiful apartment, plenty of space for myself, partner and one year old daughter. Check in was easy, information was sent prior to arrival on how to enter the property. There was (pretty much) everything we needed; toilet roll, washing up liquid and soap, etc. It was a couple of minutes walk to the supermarket, shops, attractions and restaurants. It was lovely to have space outside to sit and enjoy a drink on the terrace. We had wifi and could access YouTube on the tv.

We had requested a travel cot prior, for our daughter which had been confirmed, however it was not there when we checked in. I had to ring around to speak to someone who arranged to bring one, which they did within 2/3 hours. We couldn’t see additional bin bags, this would have been helpful to have had. We couldn’t find plates but there were plenty of bowls, glasses, mugs. Etc. We couldn’t get the air con to work but we managed without it / and didn’t contact anyone for help. There is some noise from the road, which affected my partners sleep slightly, but myself and daughter were fine.

Le ménage pas bien fait Pas de climatisation qui fonctionne a notre arrivée Aucune préparation de l appartement à notre arrivée Pas de télévision Aspirateur cassé... Apparemment manque de coordination dans les réservations avec l agence et le propriétaire
