The location beats it all: perfect sea view from the window, nice little shop with seafood on the ground floor, just a minute to the beach. In general, the place is ok if you don't have high expectations.

The apartment is rather modest, with old furniture and cold floors. The second bedroom is so tiny that it is suitable for only one person. The elevator was not functioning (it seems that happens often). The instructions for the car parking were not communicated in advance, but when you arrive at the place, you try to park the car first, and then climb to the apartment. In the end, we found the instruction inside the apartment, but it would be so much easier to know that little fact in advance. Also, take in mind that the entrance to the garage is very narrow, not for every car.
