L'appartamento è nuovissimo, in una posizione perfetta, a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro. Dotato di zanzariere, stendino con mollette, condizionatore in zona notte e zona giorno, letto e cuscini davvero comodi cucina attrezzata con macchina per caffè, tostapane e bollitore. Katerina è sempre pronta a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Tutto pulitissimo. In cucina abbiamo trovato spugne nuove, detersivo, cialde per il caffè, panna per il caffè, un assortimento di the. Curato nei dettagli con un buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglierò sicuramente ad amici che faranno le vacanze a Zante

We had such a wonderful stay at Golden Seashell Apartment. Katherina and her husband went above and beyond for us. The apartment itself is beautiful - modern, spotless, and perfectly located in the heart of Zakynthos Town. Waking up to the peaceful balcony views and having everything within walking distance made our stay incredibly relaxing.
What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality. On the morning of our departure, we accidentally locked ourselves out at 6am, just before a flight! We were panicked and thought we'd miss our plane. However, the host responded immediately and came over within 15 minutes to let us in. Their kindness and promptness meant the world to us, and we’ll never forget how accommodating and understanding they were during such a stressful moment.
Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Zakynthos. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

La posizione è ottima, a 5 minuti dal centro. L'appartamento è ampio e ci sono diversi comfort.
Mi sono purtroppo imbattuto in un inconveniente davvero spiacevole, già comunicato alla proprietaria. La donna delle pulizie ha rovistato all'interno delle valige e dei cassetti dove avevamo riposto gli indumenti. E ha rubato dei souvenir. Purtroppo me ne sono accorto solo quando sono rientrato in Italia. Perché i souvenir erano all'interno delle buste e non pensavo minimamente all'idea di un gesto davvero così misero. Quindi consiglio a tutti coloro che sceglieranno questa struttura di fare attenzione a non lasciare nulla d'importante a portata di mano. La proprietaria si è scusata ma allo stesso tempo ha scaricato ogni responsabilità dicendomi che il suo personale è affidabile. Le ho puntualizzato che non avevo motivo di mentirle, e non volevo nemmeno un eventuale rimborso. Mi sono limitato ad avvisarla di avere del personale invece poco affidabile.
