When you stay at Mo’n you feel like you’re home! The rooms are quiet, with personal balconies, beautifully designed and very well maintained. The staff is exceptional in every way! We stayed for a week so we were visiting around the area by car, and they were able to allow their guests to park in a private parking area, safe at night so you didn’t have to park on the street and worry about anything. The breakfasts were very nice with freshly made cappuccinos and fresh made eggs when you wanted, but the most special part of staying at the Mo’n is the manager George, and his innate ability to make you feel taken care of the entire time. He made himself available for spa reservations whenever we wanted, offered tours if needed and went out of his way to even find a woman to come to the hotel to do my nails when I had broken a couple early in our trip. Can’t say enough good things!

I would have enjoyed the pool outside if it had been heated because we were there in early May, but having the spa inside to relax in helped. I also would have enjoyed having the restaurant in the hotel being open for dinner or late lunch (light happy hour with small food) but understood the complex decision making to close it for this season. I’m sure they will figure that part out!

Un véritable coup de coeur pour cet hôtel. * En commençant par l'accueil chaleureux de notre hôte (et ce malgré notre arrivée tardive). * La chambre (double) était incroyable : très CALME, spacieuse, lumineuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le lit douillet était très confortable et grand. La présence de rideaux occultants est un vrai plus ainsi que tous les équipements et linges de bains (peignoirs, chaussons etc) mis à disposition. * Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel. Vous n'aurez que l'embarras du choix, sucré, salé ... Testez les très bonnes omelettes, oeufs brouillés préparés avec soin par le personnel. La propreté (5/5), l'entretien général des lieux, la piscine, la vue, l'emplacement dans un secteur calme et proche de l'Etna (mais pas que) associé à la superbe equipe présente sur place, toujours souriantes et aux petits soins pour les clients. Le combo parfait pour passer de belles vacances en Sicile ! ;) 💖 (PS : Les photos attachées à l'annonce sont conformes à la réalité ;) )

Nous ne dirons pas "Pas apprécié" mais seulement un axe d'amélioration (selon nous) : - Des accroches serviettes supplémentaires dans la salle de bain seraient les bienvenus. - A certains moments le style (hard rock...) ou le volume de la musique lors des petits déjeuner. - Peut être qu'un accès de 20/30 minutes offert aux clients serait un autre point positif et apprécié. Dommage, le restaurant était fermé lors de notre passage. Il représente un plus pour ce complexe hôtelier.

Struttura nuovissima situata in una posizione decisamente strategica, con un panorama mozzafiato che domina l'intera piana e il golfo di Catania. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità degli ospiti.
