It’s modern flat. The apartment is well equipped with few fancy features - bed adjustment (see photo), sofa extension (see photo), and bedroom wardrobe. Underground garage is useful.
Few very minor notes - dirty windows and broken light in the wardrobe. The main disappointment was balcony (see picture), which is just a small room with opening to the outside. The opening is the size of a window. It’s rather smoking room than balcony. We don’t smoke but sitting there we felt smoke from the same balcony below.

Pokyny k vstupu do bytu som dostala v prehľadnej a detailnej forme, oceňujem preto bezkľúčový vstup. Moderne zariadený byt, bol vyvoňaný a uprataný do najmenšieho detailu. Okrem veľkosti a zariadenia bytu pozitívne hodnotím terasu, ktorá poskytuje súkromie a dokonalý šatník 🔝 V rámci centra mesta je parkovanie (v garáži) na nezaplatenie.
Všetko bolo v absolútnom poriadku, nie je čo vytknúť.

Lokalita, garáž, velké prostory, balkón, kuchyně, moderní a kvalitní vybavení.
Nepodařilo se nám zapnout topení a některá světla nesvítila.
